Course enrolment and cancellation conditions

Enrolment
Enrolment is made through the form on this website and is confirmed when DIgSILENT Ibérica S.L. sends confirmation by email together with the payment details and the corresponding invoice.
Places are limited and are allocated in order of enrolment.
Rates and payment
Rate 1 corresponds to general enrolment. Rate 2 applies to universities, research centres and additional enrolments from the same company. Prices are stated without VAT (VAT not included).
Payment may be made by bank transfer or by card, as indicated in the enrolment confirmation, and must be completed before the course starts. Card payments carry a 2% surcharge on the amount.
The bank details for payment by transfer are provided only on the invoice or in the enrolment confirmation, never through this website.
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellations notified more than 8 weeks before the start of the course incur no cost. Those notified between 2 and 8 weeks before the start entail 50% of the rate. With less than 2 weeks notice, or in the event of non-attendance, the full amount is charged.
The enrolled participant may be replaced by another person from the same company at no cost, provided that this is notified in advance.
Cancellation or changes by DIgSILENT Ibérica
DIgSILENT Ibérica S.L. may cancel or reschedule a course up to 1 week before its start if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for reasons of force majeure, refunding any amounts paid where applicable.
The liability of DIgSILENT Ibérica S.L. is limited, in all cases, to the amount of the enrolment.
