DIgSILENT GridCode 2.3: Model validation according to FGW TR4 Revision 8

DIgSILENT GridCode version 2.3 now incorporates the model validation method according to FGW TR4 Revision 8 (01.03.2016).
The new revision 8 of the German Technische Richtlinien, Teil 4 "Anforderungen an Modellierung und Validierung von Simulationsmodellen der elektrischen Eigenschaften von Erzeugungseinheiten und - anlagen" has been published on the 3rd March 2016. Further information on the Technical Guideline Part 4 can be found on the FGW website.
The implementation includes resampling, signal processing, automatic zone detection, error calculation and reporting.
